Molding Facilities

Green sand molding is done on convenventional jolt squeeze machines for matchplates, accommodating quantities from 1 to 1,000's. Our air set molding line is capable of handling larger castings up to 2,000 lbs. and again in quantities from 1 to 1,000's, from loose patterns, matchplates and cope & drag patterns. Our core facilities include: Oil, Shell and Air set.

Melting Facilities

We pour a metallurgical grade of Grey and Ductile iron in a wide range of grades, from a 4,000 lb. coreless induction furnace. We can inoculate with Nickel, Chrome, Copper, Molybdenum and other chemicals as may be requested.
